– Original Passport (must be valid)
– Medical Fit Certificate (minimum 2-month validity)
– Police Clearance Certificate (valid within the last 12 months)
– Biometric Fingerprint Success Copy
– OKALA (Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter)
Our documentation team cross-checks each file for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the destination country’s regulations.
Next, we verify and update all records with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
– Ensure the MOFA is correctly updated
– Match the OKALA profession with the job offered
– Coordinate with our representative to obtain the Fit Card
