We believe that proper orientation leads to better performance abroad. That’s why all candidates must complete a structured 3-day BMET-approved training program before deployment. 
 
Process overview: 
– BMET registration is the first step. 
– Candidates must enroll and attend the full 3-day training session. 
– Upon completion, a fee of BDT 102 must be paid to download the training card online. 
 
This training includes essential information on foreign work environments, rights and responsibilities, safety protocols, and cultural awareness. It’s not only a regulatory requirement but also a stepping stone toward a smoother transition overseas.
